Codemasters was established in 1986, by teenage brothers David and Richard Darling with their father Jim. It grew steadily over the years to become one of Europe's leading games companies. Codemasters develops and publishes for PCs and home consoles.

Headquartered in Warwickshire UK, Codemasters maintains operations in Germany, France, Spain, and Benelux and has US headquarters in New York.
