As a new affiliate of the Media Republic group, Lost Boys games changed its name to Guerrilla in July of 2003. In December of 2005, during development of PSP and PS3 follow-ups to Guerilla's PS2 hit Killzone, Sony Computer Entertainment announced that it had acquired the developer. ~ T.J.
