Today we’re bringing you a look at some upcoming action figures based on your favorite games. First up, Spawn.com posted the advance looks at McFarlane Toy’s third series of Halo figures. Click on any picture to view it in Expand-O-Scope.
Consisting of 4 new story figures and 15, yes 15, new multiplayer armor sets and colors, series three is promising to give all you Hayabusa fans your due. I’m actually excited for that EOD armor. Anyone lucky enough to be going to San Diego Comic-Con can grab that sweet looking exclusive of HellSpartan. You can take a look at the rest here.
NECA announced their Gears of War figures a short while ago, and now we’ve got some pics of what you can expect from both series one and two.
Series one brings us Marcus, Cole, Locust Drone and Sniper, while series two consists of Dom, Baird, Theron Guard and a Carmine/Kim variant. What they don’t show on the website is the “Head Shot” Locust variant from series one, but we’ve got the image of the figure everyone will want.

The Halo figures should be in stores sometime in August. NECA’s Gears of War figures are tentatively scheduled to arrive at finer toy and collectible stores in June/July.
