This Week in Rock Band DLC: Locksley
Posted 2 months, 3 weeks ago by 00.19

After the big Rush DLC mix-up, Rock Band fans were left wondering who could possibly replace the Canadian prog-rockers on tour this week. As both Xbox Live Arcade and the PSN will tell you, Harmonix decided to go with Locksley. That's right, those guys famous for... um... they have that one song... don't they? I'll be honest, I have no idea who these guys are. Hopefully all you Locksley fans out there can forgive me. I don't know if Harmonix was planning to have these songs be cheaper the whole time, or cut the price due to the band's fill-in status, but all the songs are only 80 on XBLAor $1 a piece on the PSN. You can grab the whole bunch for 240 or $3 as well.

Locksley - Don't Make Me Wait

Locksley - She Does

Locksley - All Over Again

I'm not sure if I'll be grabbing these this week. In fact, I haven't gotten Rock Band DLC for a few weeks. Here's hoping I get to blow some MS Points next week.

Wasn't Locksley one of the traitorous nobles from Braveheart? Mel Gibson will slit these guys throats in their sleep.

When I say lame I mean that I was told Rush was coming... and this is no Rush. They're not even a good substitute. If I was told some decent rockin' tracks were coming then I would be satisfied with this, because you're right, they're not that bad. But, they're no Rush. HMX did do something right in announcing their upcoming RB2 album DLC. Stevie Ray Vaughn's album is going to be so much fun.

Hmmm.....don't think they're that bad. Nothing spectacular, but pretty alright. My biggest annoyance is that it seems like they think they're the Beatles.

How many ways can I say "Lame"?
