- What Are You Playing This Week?

This week I will be doing a good amount of gaming to make up for the months and months of school that I have just finished. Last week marked the end of my finals for the semester, so with the next three months off I have plenty of time to hit up all of the games I missed.
Grand Theft Auto IV will definitely be the only Xbox 360 game in my console. I am trying to pick up some more achievement points in the single player game, doing the “Most Wanted” missions and some more deliveries for Little Jacob. I’m also going to try and hit up Veggie Jackson and HeyKidNiceRobot for some online play to maybe get footage of jumping off a roof onto a car. That’s the goal, and damned if I won’t try and make it happen.
I am also going to try and log more time with The World Ends With You. So far the game is amazing, with some of the coolest uses of the DS hardware yet. You use both screens during combat, controlling the bottom one with the touch screen and the top with the D-Pad. It may sound insanely complicated, and that is because it is. The game also has some weird benefits to turning it off, but I’m not even 100% sure what they are. It seems to be about 873 hours long, and I am really happy I don’t have to review it. On a nerdier level, I am going to attempt to hit level 14 in Dungeons and Dragons: Online this week. Everyone I play with is ahead of me and while I can still group with them without much of a problem, I can’t help but feel like I am holding them back. Excuse me for playing more than one game, people! My character is Boop and I am on Khyber, so if you play hit me up.
I am going to go home right away and download some Wiiware titles too. I am mad pissed that Dr. Mario didn’t make it this week – I thought that was a promised launch title! Lost Winds looks cool, and I wonder why the Wii’s download service is going to be the first to have actual full games? No other consoles are putting forward full adventure games on their DLC side, and the Wii definitely shouldn’t be the first to do it.

Screw 14 Coop. I'm almost 15!
Just started playing The World Ends With You, that game is so cool. Really bizarre and not at all a traditional RPG, but it's about time Squenix did something different. Other than that, I've been alternating between GTA IV and MarioKart all weekend, and also randomly started playing Super Mario World for about the billionth time.
GTA 4 on the 360, Chrono Cross on my PSP, Boom Blox on the Wii which is insanely addicting. I have 1200 Wii Points, and I don't know what Wii Ware title to get yet. Any suggestions?
