- What Are You Playing This Week?
- Posted 5 months, 2 weeks ago by Coop

The word "playing" in the title is so broad, but for some reason people automatically assume it means to play video games. On the contrary, this week I will be "playing" about a dozen hands-on (and eyes-on) articles from E3, I will be "playing" Tylenol PM (at 9:00pm exactly, thanks Sean), and I will be "playing" caffeine, in any form I can get it (Bawls and soap). I am sure that during my breaks from the abovementioned activities I might be able to play a few dozen hours of Battlefield: Bad Company with HKNR and MikeyRaw, and maybe some time with Burnout Paradise because some Gamervision users keep asking me to, and I can't keep saying no.
What about you? This week's new releases make just about anything fair game, and with a few weeks until the next AAA title it might be worth digging into the games you missed in the past. I recently found myself playing Marvel Ultimate Alliance for the first time with FemJesse and had a blast, so now I am interested in early 360 games again. Any suggestions for cooperative titles I might have missed?

I still can't believe you rented that piece of crap!
I'm the big green guy this week...Hulk smash himself.....COD4.....the new Dragonball game......
GTA IV( it won't end!), Resistance (killer app my ass, someone please tell me why the Chimera capture Hale, take him to their lair, but still allow him to keep all of his weapons?!?), and finally...season four of battlestar Galactica has finally come to Live...yay! (Can i borrow some microsoft points from someone?)
NCAA Football '09, Civ Rev, and I think I'll throw some GRID in for good measure.
More Halo 3, GTA IV and Burnout Paradise, when I get it.
I'm playing music. That's about it.
I saw you playing Avatar, Pux. I figured that was why.
As an update, I just took the Tylenol PM, on time. Let's see how this game goes!
Lol. Actually, I haven't beaten it yet. That was just a joke because I kept hearing how short it was.
@ Ninjapino
Have you replayed it on any higher difficulty setting yet? It's more fun and a little more challenging on harder modes. Hence the term.
Come to think of it, that game only did last about 5-6 hours playing it part-time for about 15 days.
Finally picked up God of War:Chains of Olympus this week. So, that should keep me occupied for a good.....wait.....what? The End? I beat it already? WTF!?
Let's see...
I think this week I'll concentrate my efforts on restarting Crisis Core and continue playing through Final Fantasy VII. A little Open Tee for the PSP and a little of real golf should round out the week quite nicely.
"maybe some time with Burnout Paradise because some Gamervision users keep asking me to, and I can't keep saying no."
Ha! Me and Pux are breaking you down!
Seriously though, if you don't want to play, it's cool. But it's so much fun, and we want to do the 3-player challenges.
As for what I'll be playing this week, probably more Burnout Paradise with Pux, some GTA IV with my friend, maybe some Halo 3. Possibly some more Lost Odyssey, because I really do have to finish that damn game.
Soulcalibur IV next week! I'll be in Las Vegas, though. Considering lugging along my 360 to get a few hours in here and there. We'll see. They may not like the giant electronic device when I try to cross the border.
I got avatar, just for the achievement points. If anyone here wants 1000 free, lemme know.
Viva Pinata, and skate. are all I have planned.
Oh. and Metal Slug 7. GRRRRR!
Bioshock.
Must. Beat. Bioshock.
