- DC Vs. MK Batman Render

The upcoming DC Universe vs. Mortal Kombat is turning heads, if nothing else, and this new render is a great example of why (click for a much, much, much, much higher resolution version). Notice how Batman has been given a slight design overhaul, making him fit better in the Mortal Kombat universe. His chest armor, which has always been shown as being padded, looks almost armor plated, and Batman looks more ready to kick ass then he ever has. They did stay faithful to his overall appearance, he doesn’t have a bloody chain or anything, but there is just something about him that looks strange. Maybe it is the feeling that he will soon be thrown against a wall and frozen, but that isn’t too different from a day in the life of Bruce Wayne to begin with.
These screenshots are getting me more excited than I expected to be for the game. If the character models end up looking as good as these renders are I will definitely pick the game up, if not just to have the first fun Batman vs. Superman battle in the history of gaming. If you think that Superman would win, hands down, than I suggest you ask Veggie Jackson to give you a long speech about Supe’s magic vulnerability (here’s a hint: he’s vulnerable).

First Christian Bale dons the costume of the "Caped Crusader" and now it's in the hands of Capcom. It seems that Batman is almost finished being campy for this generation.
It looks as though Batman is getting more and more buff every time I see him.....
