- Raving Rabbids 3 to Use Wii Balance Board?

In a video Gametrailers has labled as Rayman Raving Rabbids 3, a friendly face is seen playing around with an interesting peripheral. It appears that the third installment of the quasi-popular Rayman Raving Rabbids will make use of the Wii Balance Board, due out later next month. I can’t say this is surprising news, but it does make me more confident in my $90 purchase of Nintendo’s newest “controller.” If nothing else, it shows that Ubisoft (and likely Capcom) are as excited as Nintendo is about the board, and I expect to see some Resident Evil games ported over to the Wii to use it as well.
I could actually see this pushing a lot of units for Nintendo. Fans of the off-beat Rabbid titles seem to be of the ilk that would absolutely eat up the idea of tapping their feet to minigames using the board. No, I am not speaking down on those people, I I have to admit that I'm one of them - bring on the carrot-juice shooting minigame!
There is no release date announced, no price announced, and to be technical, no actual game announced, but placing this title in the Holiday ’08 lineup wouldn’t be a stretch. We will keep you posted.

Gotta love those wacky Rabbids.....I'll definitely pick this up....
Nice, I'm all about Rabbids. Maybe some dodging functionality in the rail-shooting portions? You're right though, i could definitely see it being brought into the rhythm portions.
