The world keeps shrinking. Everyday we get closer to one another in the virtual world. The internet has begun to link us in ways we never imagined.
The amount of free information is something wondrous to behold. There is almost nothing you cannot find or access. That old saying “your reach exceeds your grasp� has been stood on its ear, and I love it.

So here's the deal: 2006 was a huge year for video games. The consoles and the games themselves made quantum leaps and you were there.

13. Tomb Raider: Legend
14. Wii Sports

I thought Gears of War was really good and the Wii is awesome!!!
I'm so glad to see Lego Star Wars on this list! It was definitely one of the best games of '06.
