Pleo At Sea World

If you think the Pleo is one of the cutest things ever, then jump on board. Here's a video of a Pleo's trip to Sea World. The beginning is kind of boring, but hang in there because the Pleo and dolphin interaction is the sweetest thing I've seen this week (besides the dog on the first floor of my apartment burrowing himself in the couch). Now I want both a Pleo AND a dolphin. Ahh! My cuddle hormones are raging! Someone hand me a baby or a kitten, STAT.

Companion Cubeake

One lucky guy was made this delicious Companion Cube cake by his girlfriend for his birthday. I've always been curious just what kind of cake is under all that frosting and fondant. At least these cake posters were fun enough to give us a peak of the inside, and what a surprise it is. Red velvet cake? Aw man, that stuff is delicious!! I'll take 3.

Let this be a lesson to the rest of you cake bakers for these culprits have just one up'd you.

Now if you'll excuse me, I've seemed to have acquire a gnawing habit of my arm. I should go pry it out of my locked jaws or something. Mmmm red velvet cake oowwww OW OW!

Stormtroopers: Keepin' It Real

I many times think of Stormtroopers as individuals just trying to make a living. Who knows, maybe they got a family to feed or school loans to pay off. They probably have other stormtroopers that they go drinking with after their shifts and maybe get into Death Star bar brawls. They probably hate their boss and think Princess Leia is pretty hot. Turns out someone else knows the Stormtroopers are up to more than just shooting lasers and guarding doors. Star Wars fan Cindi Geeze staged these entertaining scenarios that made it all the way to Underwire (nice!).

Giant NES Controller Table Actually Works!

The NES controller is just about everywhere in every form. But how about this table? Looks pretty good, no? Now get this: it actually works.

Kyle Downes deserves massive amounts of kudos for this project that must have taken a lot of time and patience. Simply remove the glass piece to play by yourself or collaborate with a friend. If a built-in controller table isn't useful enough, there's also storage underneath. So really it's a built-in controller trunk. Hmm, I can do that.

Congrats on all the coverage, Kyle!

Flogos - Bubbly Advertising

The sky is vacant but very valuable real estate. While the plane and banner thing has been providng advertisements to beach goers for a while, Flogos are looking to take in-sky advertising to another step. Flogos are formations of proprietary soap based foam filled with gases like helium. Simply set up shop with a Flogo machine and your custom design, and watch your logos float up to the sky. The Flogos can last from a few minutes up to an hour and can travel 20-30 miles and can fly as high as 20,000 feet. Flogos range in sizes from 24 to 48 inches, spitting out every 15 seconds. Currently the company is working on a 6 ft generator. Yeah, that'd really be something. Oh, and have no fear. The soap mixture is 100% environmentally safe.

Transforming iPod Dock

I'm surprised this Transformer wasn't in the Michael Bay hit of last summer. I bet he would have loved exploding a giant iPod. If you really like Transformers, and you have an iPod then boy do we have the dock for you! Be encouraged to clean up your toys when one of them can fold up to play you some sweet sweet tunes. So hop on the soul train...erm, truck. We got Decepticons to fight.

You can order the Transformer iPod Speaker Set from this really weird site that you apparently have to be 18 or older to order from. I am not liable for anything that you may see on there. YOU wanted the iPod stereo! Anyways, it's $145.00 and it looks like there's only 1 in stock? Uh oh, maybe I just sent you there for no reason. I'm sorry.

Haha, ah, it's from jlist....that explains it. Yeah, they sell hentai and h-games (dating sims full of hentai). I only know about this from a friend of mine whose nickname IS Hentai for reasons you can probably guess. I am not a perv, he is!

Man, I don't even have an iPod and I want that transformer. Also, that table rocks. Reminds me of a colossal Gameboy I saw online once.
