Here's a collection of Sony Ear Buds geared towards the fashion forward and tech savvy lady or, you know, the iPod bopping teen girl (whatevs). Available in a selection of 6 glittery colors, you may run into some trouble narrowing down a pair for yourself. I'm personally stuck somewhere between the blue and that pearly white. But honestly, I'm just distracted by how shiny they are all together. So not only do they look good, but they actually look pretty comfortable (for an ear bud at least). Also, they come with some kind of clip to wrap your cord around, minimizing that dreaded tangled mess in your bag. They will be available in Japan on September 10th for $22.00. As for the rest of the world's lovely ladies (and selected glittery men), there is no word on whether or not we will be getting our giddy hands on them. Keep your fingers crossed!

I was actually ready to post this tee a couple of days ago, but something else won my affections. It has since been waiting patiently in my bookmark folder. That is until Paul came in wearing it yesterday. It looks pretty cool in person, but sadly, the right side of his body was neither loading or glowing. But then I realized that instead of having half of Paul, we had all of Paul. It's better that way since I can't imagine him being only half funny for a day.
The Human Loading tee is available from Threadless in both guys and girly cuts for $15.00-17.00.
Synesthesia-"a neurologically-based phenomenon in which stimulation of one sensory or cognitive pathway leads to automatic, involuntary experiences in a second sensory or cognitive pathway"
Take a moment to think about what it would be like to actually taste music. Considering the arrangement of these scientifically determined flavors, it'd be pretty damn unpleasant. Check out this fun experiment aimed to further understand the phenomenon of mixing senses using the Star Wars Vader classic, "The Imperial March". When curiosity has gotten the best of you, tape your own experiment with your choice of song to post in response.
Here's some cute clogs that Paige sent over to me this morning. I was practically born in clogs and in my experience, apart from the bright Scandinavian reds and blues, they generally take on that more modest and earthy look. It's fun to see them go for a more modern and geeky theme. We'd love to see some color, though!
The Dala Clogs - Comic Book Pattern clogs are available from ClogsOnline for $85.00. You know, I think that's the most times I'll ever say "clogs" in one sentence ever again...

No, you're not seeing double. That is legitimate living, breathing cat with 4 ears.
Yoda's extra 'flaps' are separate to the base of his skull, with one placed slightly behind the other. 'The vet had never seen anything like it before,' explains Valerie. 'He immediately went to the internet and found the four-eared cat in Germany...
'We have spoken with other vets in our acquaintance, and they likewise had never encountered anything like this. Yet despite his unusual looks, Valerie is sure Yoda's behaviour - and hearing - are quite normal.

That cat does look wise. I also, sorta, liked the Imperial March eating thing. It had that "I have waaaaay too much time on my hands" feeling.
