Battlefield: Bad Company
Posted 8 months ago by PimpToast

I am looking forward to this game in June and I just wanted to know some things about the game.

Will there be any customization in the multiplayer game, something that COD4 lacks?

Will Gold Rush be the only online game type to play? (its completely alright if it is the only one)

Is there really weapons you can buy over the xbox marketplace, and how many points will they be?

Will there be rewards and rankings similar to COD4?

How much is the collectors edition, or GOLD edition as its called that comes with exclusive weapons

I am really looking forward to this game and so please help me out by answering these questions :)

I got in the beta through IGN. I clicked the "no thanks" on the subscription page and it rerouted me to a page where it said I was accepted....

Gamestop is all but out of the betas. If you reserved it and gave your email address, you were supposedly sent a beta invite. Those seem to be all finished now, though.

Thanks, i hope you will be also to customize your avatars look too, and crashing a tank into a building is definantly fun, but where besides ign can i get the beta? I wanna test it out. Does gamestop carry it?

Well From waht I hear, there will be a bit of customizing the kits in the final game (kinda like in BF 2142) and no there will still be conquest (capture and control the flag points, the standard BF gameplay) and Capture the flag. Other then that, i wish i knew more. And is everyone enjoying the beta? i wanted to do it but I am not, paying for a subscription to IGN for it.

Hey PimpToast! Glad to see you back! Unfortunately I cannot most of these questions. What I do know from my five minutes of playing the beta is that you can drive a tank into a building, and the building will fall down, which I had way more fun with than I should have.

I do believe that the Gold Edition is going to be $69.99, and I also know that some of the Gamervision office are in the beta and seem to be enjoying it.
