Hosting thanks to PSPfanboy/Joystiq (I'll host it somewhere else later.)

1. Download

2. Unzip

3. Connect PSP to PC via USB

4. Go to PSP/GAME

5. Copy folder to /GAME

It's all Japanese but the PSP is region free. Phantasy Star isn't too Text Heavy, but it's still a nuisance. All the cutscenes are fully voiced, and some simple character customization. This might show up more at E3 if Capcom has it translated somewhere else.

Remember: O confirms. X doesn't.
