Ok, on top of the Haiku competetion, I decided to do something a bit more tasteful.
Post a blog with your own ramen recipe. I'll make it, eat it (no matter how disgusting it is), and after a few weeks I'll declare a winner. You don't win anything. I'm just hungry. GOGOGO!
Requirements:
No more than 2 bricks of ramen allowed per dish.
No flavor packets.
No more than 8 ingredients per dish.
1 Submission per person, but you can post more because Ramen's so cheap.
Submission 1: Grindcore Special by Monty<3
Break brick of ramen in to 4ths, and discard the scrap. Cook ramen for 2 minutes in 2 cups of water, as suggested, while adding a few hits of Cayenne Pepper Sauce. After 1:45, turn temp down to low. add 1/4th cup fresh pineapple/mango juice, and ground up tofu. If you don't have Tofu, add scramble 1 egg and pour it into the pan, stirring slowly to cook it in the heat. Drain 1/2 the water before eating.

I was gonna add in, but really I just do the same as Juno and throw some egg in there and maybe some spice. Hint: DO NOT put the egg in until after cooking. Otherwise you just get grey goo. Blargh.
How about a peanut butter and ramen sammich!?
Ooh, this sounds tasty! My favorite ramen involves curry spice (the esential ingredient) and of course egg, but other than that it varies a lot depending on what I have in the fridge / freezer. More like an art than a science, I say.

irunongames.....you can't just make up something as wonderful as ramen noodles. as a latch-key-kid, having to spend all summers alone cooped up in the house with the nintendo, ramen owned my soul. Its all I ate from June till September (well during the day at least until my parents got home and could cook), and it was wonderful. All of the different variations of flavors and additions that you could put in there. What a wonderful creation!!!
I have to go have some ramen while I figure out what concoction of my own I will put up for everyone to enjoy.
