This video is of the sack boy character fighting a boss battle. This video is a part of what will make this game do awesomely in both gameplay and sales. I can't wait!
There's also an article here that says level designers, both developers and gamers, can earn income on levels that they create for the game. Of course this will be after launch for anyone that plays the game and designs a few really good levels. I think it's a good opportunity for many people to show their, sometimes extreme, creativity.
You go, Sony, you go!

A Mellow World coming to a console near you......
Every little detail they show of this game makes me more and more sure that I want it. This will be the new drunken co-op game, mark my words.
Don't worry too much. In the "NEAR FUTURE" we'll obtain this one.
Oh man. Now I actually have a real desire to get a PS3. Still won't happen anytime soon (bills!), but hopefully this fall/winter.

I was never in the PC scene. The most I've been as a PC gamer is recently adding myself to the many Guild Wars players for the past several months. As for mods, I'd rather forget that some exist. I've seen a few horrible ones that turned me away from looking into them more.
That was pretty neat. This game has a very web 2.0 feel with the user created content. Should be interesting to see, as console gamers really haven't had a chance to really make games "theirs" yet.
Us PC gamers have been reaping the benefits of the mod scene for years, and if that spirit can be transferred to the console scene...well things could get interesting.
