- New Alone in the Dark Trailer

Survival horror fans have been waiting anxiously for Alone in the Dark to hit the Xbox 360. The long-running series is supposed to release its first next-gen installment this June, and a new trailer has been circulating the interwebs this morning. It takes place in Central Park, and, well, I’m not sure what to say about it, other than that.

Yeah, that was a little cheesy for my tastes, and didn’t really capture the whole edge-of-your-seat terror that the genre usually goes for. Let’s hope that this isn’t an indicator of the actual game. I’m going to go ahead and be optimistic here, and assume that Alone in the Dark is actually going to be a nightmare-inducing thriller. We’ll have to wait until June to find out.
