- New Square Enix IP Coming to DS
- Posted 9 months, 2 weeks ago by Sarah
Square Enix is mostly known for their already-established RPG series, like Final Fantasy and Dragon Quest, but they do like to come up with new titles once in a while. Sigma Harmonics is just that: a brand new independent property that will be heading to the Nintendo DS.
While the game will be an RPG, complete with traditional leveling up and everything, it’s intriguing that the DS will be held sideways while playing this game. That’s a little different from anything else Square Enix has brought to the handheld thus far. Forever Fantasy has some info on the game, along with some scans from Famitsu.
Sigma Harmonics is due out this summer in Japan, so expect a little bit of a wait before we see it here in the United States. It seems like it’s going to be an interesting title, so hopefully it won’t be too long before I can get my hands on it.

I just bought another copy of Final Fantasy Chronicles for Playstation which had Chrono Trigger and Final Fantasy 4 on it. My initial copy has gone missing in the house of Combobreaker. This is by far the best Square purchase I've made since FF9. This company needs to get their shit together and go back to being the BEST company in the biz.
