I spend a lot of time on this website. It’s like my home away from home, that I sometimes access from home. And I have come to the conclusion that there are some clever, poingnant, and thought-provoking conversations going on around here. I mean, you guys are really really awesome, and the things you bring to the table are always solid.

So solid, in fact, that starting today, they could win you a prize.

Starting right now, Gamervision.com will be giving away a prize a week for the “Comment of the Week”. Our staff will be scouring every article in search of the comment that is truly the best of that seven day period. Bear in mind: this is not necessarily the funniest comment of the week, but rather the best. Maybe it's the most intelligent, maybe it's the most topical, maybe it's something that wasn't supposed to be funny, but out of context is.

And I should also point out that this contest applies to all comments on the site, not just articles. Like I said, we’ll be checking the articles ourselves. But if someone leaves you a funny line, or a member of one of your groups shines forth with some amazing insight, shoot us an e-mail at editor@gamervision.com and let us know.

Every Friday, we’ll pick the nominees and post a poll question on the main page asking you which you think is the best comment. On Monday, the comment with the highest vote wins.

So it’s up to you. Will yours be the Comment of the Week?
