Well it's Monday, so it's time for the weekly check-in to see what everyone will be spending their time playing. Honestly, I have a feeling that anything that I play this week will only really be played with half an eye, since most of my attention will be focused on Los Angeles. That's right, it's E3 week! Our intrepid team of four will be on the floor all week, bringing the biggest announcements, sneak-peeks, and developer leaks right to you. All from beautiful, sunny Los Angeles. The place where dreams are born. La La Land. Shangri-la. But I'm not jealous.
While those guys are busy sipping mojitos with Tom Hanks and Jodie Foster (seriously... I'm not jealous) I'll be stuck here in rainy old Doylestown playing a ton of Civilization Revolution. Like 50 gajillion other people, I first got hooked to the RTS genre from a pusher named Sid Meier and his wonderdrug Civilization II, and Revolution brings the same world-domination rush to my 360. Who could ask for anything more? Nothing takes away the sting of not being in Los Angeles for the biggest gaming convention of the year like world domination.
00.19 and I got an online game in last night and decided that, although it was fun, it would've been way better if we had filled the room (the computer plays as the three other civs in a head-to-head). So if anyone out there is looking for an online Civilization match, hit up me or 00.19 and let's make this happen!
Any time not playing Civilization will have me finishing off Battlefield: Bad Company. I wasn't home much of last week, so I still haven't finished off the last two levels of this one. And I feel like I've gotten so far on it that I might as well. It's not like I have reservations to do blow off of some random up-and-coming starlet at the Viper Room, not that I'm jealous.

Oh yeah and I totally wrecked Puxel.
Due to some family issues I don't see myself getting on too much this week....But if I do Unreal Tournament for the 360 and of course COD4.....
The same thing I do every week, Sean. Try to beat Fire Emblem: The Sacred Stones!
Seriously, I have a huge backlog of games I need to finish. I don't think I've unlocked everything in SSBB yet...
Nick wrecked me in his tank-like muscle car in Burnout, Steak and I f'd up General RAAM in Gears, MikeyRaw and Coop messed me up pretty good in BF: Bad Company.
I was digging through my closet and I found my old copy of SSBM so I'm trying to wavedash like I could, while listening to the MS E3 Press Conference.
I'm not really playing anything for more than a minute or two. Maybe a Rock band song here or there. Summer course all morning, work all afternoon/evening. Every spare moment is spent studying, until I just go to bed.
At least it's only three weeks, and gets another credit out of the way. Early graduation ftw! Hello, graduate school! Goodbye, money! *sob*
Civ. Then probably some more Civ. No one can stop the Aztecs. NO ONE!
Civ Revolution, Rock Band of course, possibly some Pixel Junk Monsters.
Civilization Revolution has completely taken over my life. I'm shocked I even made it to work today.
I finally got Bioshock......so yeah, I'll see you all next week.
