I believe it was a live action puppet show where the main character was a human named Jeffrey and he was a security cop in a mall and at night crazy shit would go on.

I was a fan of Eureka's castle as it was on after AM Kindergarten. Gullah Gullah Island was after my time. I had moved on exclusively to Nicktoons and SNICK.
GGI: I 100% remember and was 100% obsessed with the strange frog.
Eureeka's Castle: I know I watched it a lot. Like, a LOT, but I don't remember anything at all from it. I do know that if I ever watched an episode now the memories would rush back, I loved that show.
He dances better than I do, btw. I'd like to use him as a wingman, but... I don't think that would work out too well for me at the bars/clubs.

Holy crap! Eureka's Castle was one of my favorite shows when I was a kid. Never really got into Gulla Gulla Island, though.
Never watched Gullah Gullah Island, but I loved Eurekah!

i must have missed out when i was a kid
