- Posted 9 months, 2 weeks ago by Veggie Jackson

EA has announced that Starbreeze, developer of Chronicles of Riddick: Escape From Butcher Bay and The Darkness, has been developing a new title for them. Apparently, the acclaimed developer has been working on what’s been internally named “Project RedLime” for some time now, according to EA, reviving one of EA’s “most acclaimed classic franchises.” Sadly, that’s all the info we’ve got for now, other than the fact that the game will be released for the PS3, Xbox 360 and PC.
And so begins the speculation. With Starbreeze’s well-earned reputation as an eite development house, there’s a real good chance that fans of one EA franchise or another will be made very happy when this gets a full announcement. So what EA franchise is in need of resurrection? Archon? M.U.L.E.? Pinball Construction Set? James Pond? If I have my way, it will be the Mass Effect prototype, Starflight, but I’m not sure if that would be categorized as classic. Okay, your turn. You tell me what franchise you want Starbreeze to revitalize

Some rumors are going around about it being a new Medal of Honor. Sure, it isn't a "classic" series, but it is one that needs to be brought back without suck.
