Japanese Echochrome Commercial

Ever wondered what it would be like to experience an M.C. Escher painting from within?  Well, the upcoming PS3 title, Echochrome, will let you control an avatar in an Escher-inspired world, but the commercial currently running in Japan gives you a glimpse of what it might be like to actually step into one of these skewed-perspective locales.    Have a look-see right here:



Poor guy.  His feeble, 3D-centered mind can’t handle the perspective-relative reality this game relies on.  Will we fare any better when the full game is released?  Don’t know, but with 50 levels of this kind of madness, I’m for damn sure going to find out.  Now if we could just get a release date for this puppy…

It would be way cooler if you could build the level then push the guy down the stairs....
