Adventure 3: Mission Impossible puts you into the role of a secret agent charged with preventing a nuclear disaster. A saboteur has placed a time bomb inside the world's first automated nuclear reactor. You must make your way through the facility to find and disarm the bomb before it explodes.

This game is from the Scott Adams Adventure series produced for personal computers between 1978 and 1984. Adams' inspiration was the original DEC Adventure program that allowed the player to use two word commands to explore an imaginary world and manipulate items.

This Scott Adams Adventure uses a split-screen format. The top of the screen displays a description of the current room and its contents. The bottom portion of the screen scrolls as you enter new commands. A save game feature allows you to save your progress. ~ Joseph Scoleri III, All Game Guide
