Adventure 6: Strange Odyssey is a science-fiction adventure in which you find yourself marooned on a far off planet. Part of your strange odyssey involves discovering the ruins of an alien civilization. Will you be able to collect the alien treasures and repair your ship to return to Earth as a hero, or will you end up as another "relic" on the desolate planet?

This game is from the Scott Adams Adventure series produced for personal computers between 1978 and 1984. Adams' inspiration was the original DEC Adventure program which allowed the player to use two word commands to explore an imaginary world and manipulate items.

This Scott Adams Adventure uses a split-screen format. The top of the screen displays a description of the current room and its contents. The bottom portion of the screen scrolls as you enter new commands. A save game feature allows you to save your progress. ~ Joseph Scoleri III, All Game Guide
