An arctic wasteland covering northern and central Europe is the setting in this first booster pack for EA's Battlefield 2142. Players will wage war on three new maps, drive two new vehicles, and receive ten additional "unlocks" to customize classes, abilities, or squads. One new play option is also included: Assault Lines. The EU faction assumes an offensive role in this mode, which involves capturing all PAC bases on the map before mounting a final assault on its home base. Vehicles include the Type 36 Hachimoto, a swift but vulnerable hovercraft, and the A3 Goliath, an APC-like transport with regenerating armor. ~ Scott Alan Marriott, All Game Guide
