Developed by Humongous Entertainment, Blue's Art Time Activities combines various characters from the Blue's Clues television show with artistic activities designed to supplement children's art and painting skills. Not only will they assist Steve in manufacturing the end-all masterpiece, they can accompany him (or go solo) to the Really Big Art Show in which various paintings are displayed.

With the help of Marky Marker, the Craft Table allows creation of invitations and freestyle works of art. While there are various paint and marker colors to choose from, prefabricated icons on the drawing board include radios, dinosaurs, teddy bears, kites, and robots. Once the masterpiece is complete, Chalk World awaits! Here, the budding artist helps Chalk Girl create multicolored geometrical shapes using chalk.

You also have the option to create an illustrated story in Story Time, with the assistance of Periwinkle. This activity involves drawing various scenes and adding and arranging text in a tangible order. Then, following Al Luminum's onscreen instructions, Recycle Town lets you create structures from blueprints. Using scotch tape, scissors, glue, and a ruler, create structures from shoeboxes, paper cups, and depleted paper towel rolls. After learning about the artistic world, you can try your hand at the Color Game in which red, blue and yellow colors are mixed in order to navigate maze-like paths.

Blue's Art Time Activities teaches children about primary and secondary colors, textures, composition, the recognition of shapes. Each activity has specific icons used to zoom in or out on the picture or access other portions of the program.
