From the Abyss is an RPG that focuses on real-time combat and randomly generated dungeons. The Kingdom of Rubenhaut stands as the guardian of the Abyss Gate, but the seal holding off the Dimensional Labyrinth is weakening, and demons are beginning to slip through the cracks. Players choose from four main hero characters, each commissioned by the Queen of Rubenhaut to help save the kingdom, with the promise of handsome rewards. By assigning skill points, gamers can help determine whether their character will be a swordfighter, a spell caster, or some combination of the two. From there, players head off on a quest to improve their skills by scouring randomly generated dungeons and battling enemies to acquire new souls.
