With six game modes, new enemies, and new multiplayer options, Bizarre Creations offers an update to its modern take on classic shooters with Geometry Wars: Retro Evolved 2. Gamers can blast colorful enemies in classic Evolved mode, battle against the clock in Deadline mode, take on entire walls of enemies in Waves mode, shoot exclusively from shrinking circular "hills" in King mode, lure bad guys into exploding gates in Pacifism mode, and shoot until every enemy is dead in Sequence mode. Multiplayer action lets up to four people team up in co-op mode or go head to head in versus mode, and achievement hounds get a dozen new ways to increase their gamerscore on Xbox Live. ~ Christopher Brown, All Game Guide
