In this colorful game you control a clown on a unicycle who pedals back and forth on a downtown street as balloons and other objects fall down towards his head. In the earlier levels the clown's hat is used to pop the balloons while in later levels the balloons stack upon his head.

A Pac-Man will occasionally drop instead of a balloon, and if he's caught, he'll chomp the balloons stacked on the clown's hat. As the levels progress, the famous ghosts from Pac-Man are introduced and they also bring about bonuses.

The game gets its name by the clown's ability to kick a balloon up for another try if he misses catching it on his head. ~ Paul Biondich, All Game Guide
