Panzer General II is a turn based war simulation featuring battles ranging from the Spanish Civil War to World War II. The maps in Panzer General II are true to the battle fields the battles were actually fought on. The player(s) must command land and air units to achieve victory.

The battles in Panzer General II are timed (the player only has a limited number of turns to achieve victory). Three different levels of victory are awarded depending on how fast your enemy is defeated.

The game supports multiplayer gaming across a local area network (LAN) or the Internet for a maximum of four players. Play by e-mail games are also supported.
