Quest for Saddam is a tongue-in-cheek action game that sends players on a mission to the Middle East, to take part in a virtual version of what it bills as "the largest manhunt in history." A number of different characters are available in this 3D shooter, as is a diverse selection of modern weaponry. Difficulty settings are adjustable. Based heavily on certain current events and patriotic sentiments, this North American PC game's original scheduled release date was coincidentally set within a week-and-a-half of the actual capture of deposed Iraqi leader Saddam Hussein by United States forces, in December 2003. ~ T.J.
