The Tower SP is a high-rise building simulation that lets players freely design their skyscraper however they see fit. Players can create office buildings, condos, apartments, and more while planning each floor and overseeing an expense report. By successfully managing the construction of the building, strategically positioning restaurants, bathrooms, elevators, and other amenities, players will be able to attract new tenants and bring in a steady cash flow. Yet things can start spiraling out of control in a hurry if players cannot effectively deal with fires, thieves, complaints, and even the dreaded cockroach.
