It's been a while since we've heard about any new Dead or Alive games, but today Tecmo Koei announced the release of a new PSP game, Dead or Alive: Paradise. Following in the steps of such gaming classics as Dead or Alive: Xtreme Beach Volleyball and Dead or Alive: Xtreme Beach Volleyball 2, Paradise will send you off on an erotic island adventure with the beautiful ladies of the famous fighting franchise.

Having never played either of the Volleyball games, despite my love of volleyball, I can't speak on the gameplay of those games. But since I do have eyes, I can speak on the look and presentation of the game. As you can see from the pictures above and below, this game is going to be chock full of scantily clad, over-endowed women with a predilection for grab-assing and pillow fights. Sure, there'll be volleyball of some sort involved, but there's going to be plenty of bikinis to buy, pictures to take, and virtual women to jack to that you'll hardly even notice.

At first, I was curious why this game was coming to the PSP instead of one of the home consoles that would allow for some really insane detailing on the mega-pixel minxes, but after a few minutes I realized that you couldn't carry your 360 into the bathroom with you when you wanted to spend some personal time with the game and your right hand. Tecmo at least has no bones about making a game that's solely about looking at virtual boobies. Good for them. Perhaps if the rest of the world wasn't so full of prudes or Fox News anchors, this type of game wouldn't draw so much ridicule.
