Watching this trailer has made me realize something. I need to finish the first Dead Space. Sacrilege, I know. I have time of course, considering Dead Space 2 won't be out until next year, but damn if this gameplay footage isn't the bomb. I really loved the combat and atmosphere in what I played of the first game, but this sequel looks to be taking those elements to a completely new level. Thinking about it, I've actually realized something else as well. Issac Clarke is one bad mother fucker.

When it gets right down to it though, when you've got Necromorph monsters projectile vomiting some kind of undead alien bile at you, you've got to be a bad dude. That's some weird shit to have to deal with, and I'm pretty sure I wouldn't be able to handle seeing something like that happen, let alone actually having it happen to me. Then again, if I had a suit like that, and any single one of those guns, that may change my opinion. For serious though, I haven't been this excited for a sequel to a game I never finished in... well, ever, and I can't wait to hear what our E3 crew has to say about the game when they see it this week.
