E3 10: Go All In With the Fallout: New Vegas Trailer
I Wonder If You Can Get The Rainman Suite.

I enjoyed the hell out of Fallout 3 and all the subsequent expansions, and when I heard about New Vegas, I got pretty excited. Now that I've seen this E3 trailer, full of that same great Fallout 3 gameplay, New Vegas has moved to the front of my "Most Anticipated Games of 2010" list. While it's true that this trailer doesn't quite carry the same punch that Fallout 3's did (mostly because it just looks like more Fallout 3, which by this point, I've seen more than 100 hours of), that isn't necessarily a bad thing.
If this game is able to pack in another one hundred hours of gameplay, I'll be perfectly content. All of the new locales look pretty great, and show a great combination of humor and seriousness. I can't wait to explore King's School for Impersonators, and disintegrate everything that gets in my way. The dilapidated strip looks just like I imagined it would, capturing just enough Vegas flair with a Fallout twist that you feel like you're really there. I'm not quite sure how I feel about teleporting super mutants, or that giant solar panel array that powers some sort of orbital laser, but it appears like those two things won't be very fond of me either. I expect to hear a lot more about this game in the next few days, and hope that Coop and Sarah have only good things to say about it when they try it out at E3.
