Coming from the depths of Rapture are two early photos of the first figures in NECA's BioShock line, the Big Daddy and the Big Sister. I was excited to see these figures ever since NECA announced them at Wizard World Philly, but my excitement has turned to full on obsession, as in, MUST HAVE NOW.

As you can no doubt tell from the pic of the Big Daddy, these figures are not 100% final. Even so, they look pretty damn awesome. I like the look of the Big Daddy, but I'm even more impressed with just how sweet the Big Sister and Little Sister look. What you don't get a real good look at is the cage on the back of the Big Sister (you can only sort of see it under her left arm), but you do get a decent idea of the scale of the two female figures. I was hoping we'd get a better sense of just how massive this Big Daddy is going to be, but I guess we'll just have to wait for the comparison shots from San Diego Comic Con to start rolling in.

Sadly, our sources have revealed that instead of coming out in October, the figures may be delayed to coincide with the release of the recently delayed BioShock 2. In the meantime, if you're going to SDCC, be sure to stop by NECA's booth and check out the BioShock display, along with all the other kick ass stuff they're going to have. And do stay tuned to Gamervision.com for more as we'll be visiting with NECA again later this summer to give you guys a closer look at what they have coming down the pipes.
