Mere days after the Quantum of Solace teaser trailer hit the net, Activision dropped five official screenshots from their upcoming tie-in game. These shots all look pretty good. I’m curious about the over the shoulder and first person screenshots. Will we be able to choose how we play? They certainly didn’t pay for Daniel Craig only to have us see him in cut scenes. There’s also that screenshot of him jumping off the crane like he did in Casino Royale. Does that mean Activision is going the Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers route by putting scenes in from the first movie as well? If so, that would be awesome. I loved Casino Royale, and a chance to possibly play through that whole final fight would pretty much make my day.

So after seeing these screens, my anticipation for the film has escalated. I’m still a bit wary of the game. Everything or Nothing was a decent game, but it wasn’t a must play. Hopefully Treyarch can make a Bond game that’s both fun and memorable. To keep everyone just as fired up as I am for the next installment in the 007 franchise, we’re giving you a look at the most recent trailer. Treyarch capturing the intensity of those action scenes is a tall order, and let’s all hope they can meet it.
