I’ve been dying to get back into Fallout 3 ever since I heard about the new DLC. We’d heard a little bit about “Operation: Anchorage” before, but Eurogamer squeezed a few more details (and pics) about the impending content out of Bethesda. Firstly, the level cap will now be raised a confirmed 10 levels to 30, but not until the third part of the DLC, “Broken Steel,” arrives. While it’s a few months off, it’s still pretty much fantastic because now I can get ten more perks I missed out on the first time through, like Nerd Rage. There’s also some sweet new weapons and armor, which you can see below.

I’m super stoked about ganking that Ninja armor as soon as I kill one of those guys. Though I may have to rethink my stance on stealth once I do get that suit. The winterized version of the Combat Armor looks pretty cool too, but just look at that Ninja armor. Bethesda also loosely dated the DLC with “Operation: Anchorage” hitting by the end of this month, “The Pitt” dropping in February, and “Broken Steel,” which will re-open the world after the ending of the original game, arriving in March. For 800 (or $9.99 on PC), this content (and the achievements therein) is going to be a steal.
