Yesterday, word of the "Desperate Escape" content for Resident Evil 5 broke, and today we've got pics and videos to show off. Both Chris and Sheva will be getting new costumes to murder near-zombies in, and from the looks of these screens, I've got an idea about where and when in the game's chronology the Jill and Josh mission fits in.

Based on what I can ascertain from these pictures, it appears that this mission will take place between when Chris and Sheva fight Jill, and the end of the game, where Jill and Josh show up again. There doesn't seem to be any shortage of action in the new segment, that's for sure. Definitely a ton of Majini to take on, and by the looks of it, plenty of explosions too. Jill certainly looks purdy in her skintight blue bodysuit. I've got no idea how lengthy this part of the additional content will be, but it wouldn't be outside the realm of reason to expect maybe an hour or two's worth of your time being spent getting Josh and Jill through the mission.

New missions aren't the only part of the extra content Capcom is adding to Resident Evil 5. Chris and Sheva are already getting two costumes, but today we learned they'll also be getting two more additions to their closet. As you can see above, Sheva's not leaving anything at the office, and will be kicking ass from 9 to 5. Chris on the other hand (who's video you can see below), is putting the pedal to the metal, donning some modified body armor in an effort to mow down zombies even faster.

I'm really excited to play this game again, and I'm really looking forward to all this new content. Hopefully all this new content means NECA will consider making a Jill Valentine figure, and possibly a Wesker or Josh. All I know is March can't get here fast enough.
