PlayStation Comic Store Update - 12.22.09
A Handful Of Classics And Contemporaries To Get You Through The Holidays.

Just as I had thought, the PlayStation Comic Store updated this week, albeit with slightly fewer digital comics than I had hoped. I guess I just didn't know what to expect as far as quantity every week, but as long as they can consistently populate the store with the same amount of new content, I won't hold it against them.
This week there's an overwhelming amount of IDW books, including one of this year's best licensed comics, G.I. Joe: Cobra #1. Seriously, this mini-series was one of the coolest spy stories of recent memory, and it had the bonus of turning one of the lamest characters ever created into somebody you might actually give a crap about. You've also got the first fifteen issues of Stan Lee and Jack Kirby on "The World's Greatest Comic Magazine," The Fantastic Four, which if you haven't read, should be added to either your digital comics library, or your real one ASAP.
There's a couple other series making their first appearance on the Store, and if you've got a couple extra PSN dollars, you may want to give them a shot. The PSP digital comic era is off to a solid start, and even though I'm not hooked yet, at the rate theiry're going, it's only going to be a matter of time until they get that one comic that I've just got to have.
Check out a full list of the comics below.
