Triforce Lancer Replica Costs A Lot

Like, A Lot A Lot.

by 00.19

There may already be one somewhat affordable replica Lancer on the market, but that doesn't mean there shouldn't be a much, much more expensive one. Triforce has finally started taking pre-orders for their version of the Lancer they first introduced more than a year ago at Wizard World Philadelphia. I'll say this: it sure is expensive.

Though the official press release doesn't reveal the price, Triforce's website lists the 15 lb, 40-inch beast at a low introductory fee of $949.99. Sure, any regular Joe could just plunk down their monthly mortgage payment to get one, but a true balla would buy four. That way, he and three of his friends could start the best Delta Squad impersonator group this side of the Mississippi. Of course, if I had $4000, I might spend it on something more practical. Something like a visit to the Dollhouse. Maybe even give four thousand strippers a dollar each. You know, really make their night. Better yet, I could buy a seat in the Australian parliament, and smack some sense into those penal colony assbags.

You can check out the full press release, as well as some more pics, below.

Who has that kind of money to spend on a replica lancer? And if you do, you should give it to me instead!

Seems like a sound investment to me. With the way the economy is shaking out, how can a thing like that not increase in value?
