Two More L4D2 Campaigns Revealed?

Taiwanese Website Would Kindry Like You To Think So.

Over on the Steam forums, a Left 4 Dead 2 fan group has pointed out a Taiwanese website that claims to have learned of the final two as-yet-unveiled campaigns for Valve's upcoming zombie-shooter. While nothing has been officially comfirmed, one thing is undeniably true: I can't wait to play this game.

Disappointingly, I don't think Christian Slater will be making a cameo in the "Hard Rain" chapter, which is a shame because he could sure use the money for the appearance fee. I kind of hope these end up coming true only because I want Valve to rip off the scene from the movie this campaign shares its name with where all the people are fighting in the flooded cemetary. That'd be really cool.

"Dead Center" will supposedly take place in a mall, and that's the one thing that has me questioning the validity of these posters. I always pegged Valve for guys who wanted to do their own thing with the zombie genre, and not fall back on things that had been done before. I know that's hard to do with a game like this, and that some elements of the game have been taken from various forms of inspiration, but the mall level just seems done to death. Maybe it's going to be awesome. I mean, no matter what they do, it's going to be awesome (I hope), but it truly all depends on just how true this rumor ends up being.
