Uncharted 2 Screenshots Galore

Fresh out of the pages of GameInformer, and the NeoGaf forums, come these absolutely stunning images from Naughty Dog's next, Uncharted 2: Among Thieves. Before I bore you to tears with the little bits of info available about the game, I'm going to overload your synapses with a boatload of pics. Hope you're sitting down.
Well, those sure do a lot more for me than either of the teaser trailers did. At least now, we have a bit more of an idea of the gameplay. Granted, it looks like it's going to play like a more polished version of the first one, but isn't that what we all wanted? GameInformer's article goes on to speak about new lighting techniques, and improved polygon counts, blah blah. You get the idea. The most intriguing thing the mag mentions is the inclusion of a new female counterpart, Chloe Frazier, who'll be voiced by Farscape's Claudia Black. Huzzah. Oh, what does Chloe look like you ask?
The only words that come to mind are "Sha" and "Zam." Chloe will apparently be the female analogue to Nathan Drake, as she's a fortune hunter also on the trail of Marco Polo's lost fleet. What this means for the photographically absent Elena and Sully, no one knows, but come on, you didn't expect answers to everything did you? Oh, you did? My bad. At least now you know more about this game from reading this little blurb than if you would've watched both trailers.
I really enjoyed Uncharted: Drake's Fortune, and have been waiting for more of Nathan Drake's adventures ever since finishing the game. By all intents, this sequel looks to outperform the first one in just about every category. I can't believe I'm saying this, but next fall can't come soon enough.

Man, I still need to beat Crushing difficulty on the first one. I can't wait for this. I'm going to miss Sully and Elena if they're not in this. And I'm really hoping that the female lead is more along the lines of the down to earth realistic female like Elena was and not the sultry, well-endowed Lara Croft wanna-be I'm getting the vibe off of Miss. Chloe Fraizer there. Maybe I'm just reading too much into it and a little too worried.
