What Are You Playing This Week?

It's been a long time since I've been as focused on one game as I have been recently with Resident Evil 5. Even though I'm just barely half-way through the game (mostly due to restarting with different friends), I keep going back for more. Hey, all my weapons carry over through each playthrough, so why the hell not? One day this week, I hope to have it finished so I can finally join in on the fun that is Mercenaries mode.
Arriving this week, I've got Wanted: Weapons of Fate, which, from the limited amount of time I spent with it at NYCC, has the potential to be a nice Spring Sleeper. I'm not saying this game's going to be nominated for a Best Ever award, but it's definitely going to keep me entertained. At the very least, it'll provide a nice change of pace from my playing We Ski and Snowboard, which I drew the short straw on at our last review meeting. Impressions so far: Skiing is boring.
Of course, I'll always have time in my life for MLB 09: The Show. Now that leagues are officially open, you can bet that there's going to be a Gamervision online league in the works. Probably sooner than you think. Unless you were thinking this week. Then you were thinking correctly. Boy, after looking this over, I've got a pretty small gaming week. What about you? What are you playing?

Same as last week. Killzone 2 and RE5. Maybe I'll finally break open MLB09. I'd be down for a online league.

With my flight stick arriving from UPS today, I"ll be getting some HAWX. I'll also be playing the ridiculously overpriced NCAA Basketball March Madness Edition (worst use of MS Points EVER), NHL '09, and there's always a chance that I'll get some more time in with Killzone 2.

Now that I finished my first playthrough of RE5 I'll be going back through on higher difficulties with the help of some unlimited ammo and a co-op partner.
Also, copious amounts of Gears 2.

Valkyrie Profile: Covenant of the Plume, Killzone 2, Tiger Woods 09, Mirror's Edge, and Valkyria Chronicles. That's all that I'm a good percentage sure about playing this week. Gonna try out the Red Baron PSN demo later on today at some point after I go to the post office. Hopefully it'll be a lot of fun. Might pop on Flower at some point, too. Nothing like vertigo to keep you motivated!
