It is not needed to play the games like Blu-Ray is for PS3, so why bother throwing it in? Most gamers and, well, consumers, just want to wait until the battle they don't care about is over before moving on to a new format that isn't nearly as big as the jump from VHS to DVD. Props to Amazon for throwing in 300 instead of Pearl Harbor, though.
