Assassin's Creed II DLC Announced, Dated
Coming Soon, I... Think
by Coop

Ubisoft has just announced that DLC for Assassin's Creed II will be coming out in January and February, but details are murky as to what exactly it will entail. In an email that just landed in our inboxes, it says that the packs are going to be the Battle of Forli and the Bonfire of the Vanities, likely in that order. Beyond that, the information is scarce, only saying that it will be on the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 and will require 1.0 GB for each pack. That's a huge size, and while there's no price, it wouldn't be crazy to assume that DLC that big will likely come with a hefty price tag. After selling as well as it did, Ubisoft can afford to take some risks with this title, and I'm hoping that it's more than Arkham Asylum's Challenge Rooms.
The cryptic (or, as we think, mistakenly sent) email is below. That, or there's a code in there, which would be so meta I'm sweating just thinking about it. Any ideas?

I want the hooded suit Ezio is wearing.
Too soon... so much more treasure to find...
I would like the additional Templar Lairs that were only available in the Black/White editions. I would pay for those. I mean, I'm sure I'll pay for this stuff too, but finishing the game and having an unfinished DNA sequence is really upsetting to me.
Score! I was hoping there would be DLC coming shortly
