Burnout and Frontline Demos Crash onto XBL
Two demos his Xbox Live early today to remind you that there is more coming out in the early months of 2008. I know, I know, it is easy to forget that there may still be titles launching in January and beyond, but promise me – they plan on it.
Frontlines looks like crap from the screenshots and videos they have shown so far. The concept is good enough, but I want to see something new from a next-gen FPS. Developers, realize that you are up against Call of Duty 4 and BioShock and stop pumping out games like you have a gun to your head.
Burnout Paradise I can get behind. A free roaming, next generation version of my favorite non-kart racing car game implementing not only the XBL Vision Camera but also pop in/pop out online play? Sign me the hell up, I am ready to crash into something big. After playing the demo for about an hour I can say with confidence that this may be the best Burnout yet.
