Call of Duty: World at War Trailer

War Has Changed?

by Coop

Blah blah, Treyarch sucks, blah blah, Infinity Ward rules, blah blah, World War II, blah blah. The Call of Duty: World at War trailer has dropped, and you already know how it looks. Remember when they said that it was going to be a World War II game using the Call of Duty 4 engine? Yeah, that's what it is.

The graphics look nice, and the guy climbing a tree looks cool, if it is an actual feature and not a cut-scene. Overall I can't say that this trailer sways me either way, because after Call of Duty 4 they could have put the Superman 64 team on the sequel and I would pick it up.

So, shocked it's so good? Shocked it is so bad? Not shocked? Let's hear the impressions, people.

willing to bet the man climbing a tree is a pre-determined path for an npc to follow. stills looks great, though I am not sure they will be able to beat the feeling I got while trying to escape a sinking cargo ship.

I wonder how the Wii version will look like. Treyarch managed to make the COD4 engine run on it. Also, there's a rumor that Infinity Ward is giving COD6 a sci-fi environment (outer space maybe). I'm actually more interested in that.
