E3: What Do You Want to Know About Left 4 Dead?

Turtlerock's Left 4 Dead has gotten many people excited for it in the past few years, and the number has spiked even higher after Valve purchased the developer. The game, which combines fast paced, zombie killing action with cooperative multiplayer looks to be one of the best shooters of 2008, and next week I will get a chance to play it and talk to Valve about its progress. Just like with Fallout 3 and Legendary, any questions you post here I will be able to ask them, so if you are as excited for Left 4 Dead as I am, ask away. As the highly anticipated sequel to Left 3 Dead, what new features will this game bring to the tired FPS genre, especially the zombie-centric FPS?
Will there be any customization to your avatar... and will you be able to play as the zombies? (I've heard rumors)

I don't think you're going to have the ability to customize human characters. I'm pretty sure the people you have to choose from are all pre-set. It's a shame.
Also, it's a multiplayer game, so you will get to play as zombies, but only as special classes that have their own distinct abilities.
