Famitsu Scans Show Off RE5, SFIV Home Spaces

Home Gets Capcomy Lovin'

by Coop

I haven't logged in to Home in about a month. At first it was a daily routine, hoping to find some joy in Sony's attempt at a virtual world. I didn't, but it was still sort of enjoyable to pretend to be a girl and dance, attracting hordes of pre-pubescent boys. Now that I've walked every path, danced every dance, and shopped every storefront I've run out of things to do, aside from trying to tweak my Home avatar to make him look like less of a frat-boy. Thankfully, Capcom is readying support for the service, and Famitsu has some images of their Resident Evil 5 and Street Fighter IV content.

Aside from premium costumes and little fake action figures (featured above), there will also be a space based off of Resident Evil 5's early levels. It looks similar to Far Cry 2's space, but there's little information on whether there will be any accompanying content. Hopefully there is the t-virus to contract, because a full-scale zombie invasion might be just the thing to kick Home into full gear.

There are a few more images on the Famitsu site, coupled with text that I'm being told is in "Japanese," which is a form of Chinese, I think. Anyone planning on wandering Kijuju when these hit? I might jump on, if not just to see if I can find Capcom, who is apparently stuck there.

more home spaces are always a good thing. These spaces, coupled with the EA space, i hope a LBP space soon and i would have to think a Killzone 2 space.

Home. I just can't figure out the allure to this multi-million dollar nothing. These additions do nothing to spice it up for me.

@ Sean. Home fails at being a community because there's nothing to do together. Just watch other people maybe single themselves out for a chess game or pool
